Give Your Kit a Checkup

First-aid kits should be checked at least once every three months. You never know when your flashlight batteries may die, your meds expire, or you run out of a much-needed item. This does not, however, imply that you must acquire an entirely new kit. Instead, concentrate on constantly replenishing supplies that have a limited shelf life or are often used, such as bandages, gauze, and OTC medicines. Brathwaite’s Pharmacy provides everything a first-aid kit should have.
